How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across Bangladesh. Dhaka orders typically arrive within 2–3 days. Express delivery (Dhaka only) arrives the next business day. Store pickup from our Gulshan-2 showroom is ready within 2 hours.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us via WhatsApp (+880 1700-000000) or call us immediately. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If unavailable, they will call the number provided. For COD orders, our agent will arrange a convenient re-delivery time. For prepaid orders, the package will be held for 48 hours.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Initiate a return from your order page or contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Why does my tracking show no updates?
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after placing your order. If there are no updates after 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere in Bangladesh?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. A ৳30 COD handling fee applies. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery agent.
